| Passengers who have purchased travel insurance from start to finish will be entitled to benefits for death, permanent disability, and injuries due to accidents caused by vehicles they are riding in or due to unforeseen events involving the insured. |

In the event of death, the insured amount will be paid to the beneficiary. (If there is no beneficiary, the entitlement will be provided in accordance with the Third Liability Insurance Law, Section (9)). |

Compensation will be paid according to the doctor’s recommendation in case of injury and permanent disability. If the doctor certifies according to the percentage ratio in the recommendation, compensation will be given as per the benefit table, and if the doctor certifies that there is 100% permanent disability, the insured value (benefits) will be paid in full. |
